REPRESENTATIONS: Claimant Present. Defendant Absent.
M.S. Salihu, Esq for the Claimant.
A. L. Yusuf, Esq. for the Defendant.
Evidence obtained is in contravention of a law in this case as Mr. Yusuf says.
By S.14 of the Evidence Act such evidence shall be admissible unless the court is of the opinion that the desirability of admitting it is out weighted by the undesirability of admitting it.
The arguments of Mr. Yusuf go to the weight to be attached to the document because of the law it allegedly breaches. I hold that by Section 14 of the Evidence Act the said document is admissible and is hereby admitted in Evidence objection over ruled.

Ruling is entered accordingly.
